About the event

Platte River | Community Trail Day
Please join us in conjunction with our TAP members from REI in hosting a trail work evening at Platte River State Park! Our most beloved trail system is in need of a tune-up to help support some upcoming events. The Nebraska Offroad Series is having the “state championship” race on September 27th, and THOR is hosting our Good Vibes Ride on September 28th. Because of that, we think it would be a great time to call for some volunteers to come out and lend a hand getting the park trails tip-top for these awesome events! As always, we’ll have refreshments and snacks to follow up the work, so we hope to see you there!

Trail work will include mowing, trimming, and possibly some light tread work. We’ll have THOR staff on site to provide tools, guidance, and support. We’ll also have some light refreshments and snacks. We hope to see you there!

Location:

Platte River State Park (West): Tee Pee Village
